White Glove Delivery
This item is offered with Free White Glove delivery. White Glove is a premium delivery service for large/over-sized or fragile furniture that receives special care from beginning to end.
Please note:
A white glove delivery team consists of at least two people who will carry your item from the truck into your home.
A representative from the white glove carrier will call you to arrange a 4 hour window for delivery.
You must inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the product has any damage or if you are concerned there may be damage, please write "Product Damaged" on the sheet you are asked to sign. This ensures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to resolve the problem.
Delivery Service Options
We offer 2 levels of service for this item: Bronze and Gold. Bronze is the default shipping method; if you wish to upgrade to Gold you may do so by selecting the upgrade to Gold option. Please read the service descriptions below to determine which level of service is best for your needs.
White Glove Bronze (default)
2-person delivery to inside your threshold, up to (2) two flights of stairs prior to the threshold. If any piece weighs more than 300lbs. your item will be only be available for delivery to your front entrance or garage (first dry area). If you need your item to be delivered up additional flights, we recommend upgrading to Gold.
White Glove Gold
2-person delivery to inside your residence to the room of your choice. Gold service includes carrying the product up to (2) two flights of stairs from the building threshold. If you need the product moved up additional flights, please contact us*.
Assembly Service: The shipper will unpack the product and provide up to 15 minutes of basic setup that requires no tools (i.e. set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other).
Packaging: The shipper will remove and dispose of all packaging and debris.
*Setup services DO NOT include any electrical, plumbing or component hookups. Having items carried up more than 30 steps and/or longer assembly times are available as additional services which would require additional charges. Please contact us if you feel you need these services.
Please Note: Delivery does not include removal of old appliances.
