Butler Return Policy:
Butler warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of shipment. There is a credit that can be issued up to 100% for damaged/defective merchandise. “Remorse” returns must be filed within 30 days and are assessed a 15% re-stocking charge plus any related freight/handling charges (both ways).
