This item is offered with Free White Glove delivery. White Glove is a premium delivery service for large/over-sized or fragile furniture that receives special care from beginning to end.
Please note:
A white glove delivery team consists of at least two people who will carry your item from the truck into your home.
A representative from the white glove carrier will call you to arrange a 4 hour window for delivery.
You must inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the product has any damage or if you are concerned there may be damage, please write "Product Damaged" on the sheet you are asked to sign. This ensures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to resolve the problem.
Delivery Service Options
White Glove Gold (default)
2-person delivery to inside your residence to the room of your choice. Gold service includes carrying the product up to (2) two flights of stairs from the building threshold. If you need the product moved up additional flights, please contact us*.
Assembly Service: The shipper will unpack the product and provide up to 15 minutes of basic setup that requires no tools (i.e. set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other).
Packaging: The shipper will remove and dispose of all packaging and debris.
*Setup services DO NOT include any electrical, plumbing or component hookups. Having items carried up more than 30 steps and/or longer assembly times are available as additional services which would require additional charges. Please contact us if you feel you need these services.

This item ships White Glove Gold. It will be delivered to your residence and the shipper will open the packaging, assemble and place the product in your home, and will also remove all of the packaging materials. The item usually ships in 4 - 7 business days, and delivery is usually within 2 - 3 weeks.
Abbyson Living Return Policy:
Returns and cancellations must be made within (7) days of order/purchase. Items must be in resalable condition. Custom orders, floor samples, deposits, delivery charges, and electronic purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE. If the order has already shipped, the cancellation will no longer be accepted. A 25% restocking fee plus freight charges (both ways) will be applied to all returned items/exchanges.
Upon receipt, if you find any manufacturing defect or freight damage, please contact your sales representative. Abbyson requires the invoice number, delivery date, and proof of damage via digital pictures. Without digital pictures of the damages, Abbyson will be unable to process the customers claim. If the item looks like a freight damage issue, we require a picture of the carton as well.
All damages should be filed and reported within 7 business days. With the exclusion of concealed damage, Abbyson will not provide a refund or replacement if a damaged carton was not reported within the 7 day window. Please do not discard the original packaging, as it helps Abbyson and the freight companies determine the cause of the damage and possible improvements to packaging in the future.
Lead Times: Freight for in-stock furniture takes approximately 3-5 weeks for delivery. Custom and/or backordered items may take longer. In-stock items ship within 1 week.
